1. Company

These terms govern purchases from VERUM Ltd. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the MHRA.

3. Orders

Orders are accepted at the point of payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

4. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
