Returns Policy
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original, sealed condition.
How to Return
Email hello@verum.fit with your order reference and reason for return. We will send return instructions within one business day. Do not send items without prior authorisation.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, back to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact hello@verum.fit immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
