To fulfil your orders, send order confirmation and dispatch notifications, and respond to your enquiries. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Third Parties
Stripe (payment processing — PCI DSS compliant, card data never touches our servers). Resend (transactional email delivery). Data is stored on our own server-side database.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Email hello@verum.fit to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.
Retention
Order data is retained for 7 years for legal and tax purposes. Contact submissions are retained for 2 years.
